A bill has been passed in Texas that many say will spark a large crackdown on drag performances throughout the state. The bill expands what is considered an “illegal performance of sexual conduct” by banning the wearing of prosthetics or accessories that enhance male or female form in front of a minor. Some critics say even amusement park characters would fall under this definition.
