It's been a tough couple of weeks for the Spears family, with varying accusations of mismanagement and neglect regarding Britney's personal health and well being. One of the targets for said accusations has been Britney's sister Jamie Lynn, who many fans have argued is being complacent in Britney's alleged detainment at the hands of her team/father. Jamie Lynn finally broke her silence on the matter last night, tweeting and Instagramming the post below. Fans still grilled Jamie Lynn saying she isn't doing enough to help free her sister from the situation we haven't even confirmed she's actually in. While I think it's great that the public is rallying behind and supporting Britney in the way they should have years ago, it's getting into a murky minefield. If Britney is being held against her will in some legally binding trap, that's a problem. But it's just as much of a problem, if not more so, to force someone to speak out on a matter as private as their mental health. What do you think? Does Britney need to speak out or do people need to back off?
